Rockabye-Baby® General Terms and Conditions for WebShop Customers
Thank you for visiting the Rockabye-Baby® website. We hope you are just as excited about
our fun and funky punky clothing range as we are. If you are considering purchasing one
of our items, please do take the time to read through our general trading terms and conditions:
ORDERING
Online: Via this website you can browse the collections and select the items for purchase
by pressing “add to basket”. Proceed to pay directly using our secure payment portal.
Should you prefer to order via telephone, fax or email . . . no problem!

Email: Please email your order to info@rockabye-baby.com. We ask you to ensure you include your order details (design name, colour, size and quantity)
as well as your contact details, shipping address and invoice address (if different). We will send
you an order confirmation with the due amount which we kindly ask you to pay prior to shipping.
PRICES
All prices quoted on this site are 0 rated VAT on clothing and 17.5 % UK tax on other items.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship your order within 2 days of you placing your order on the website. Which is in addition to the delivery time. To ensure you receive your Rockabye-Baby® goods in the best condition we check all shipments before dispatch. They are posted by 2nd class delivery as standard, although you have the option to insure your
item via a recorded delivery (registered) if you wish. You can choose this option when in the shopping basket. With this service a signature is required on receipt. Rockabye-baby® can not be held responsible for shipments lost in the post (unless register delivery is requested) in which case we will happily resend your order.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and amount of items to be shipped. Please see below for the cost and delivery time for your area. All costs are quoted in UK pounds

Should you prefer not to use our WorldPay secure online payment facility, please contact us as described under “ordering” and we will confirm your order and inform you of your invoice amount offline. We require you to transfer your full amount to our bank account in the UK prior
to shipment. For payments outside the UK, make use of the IBAN number
or BIC / Swift Code. All bank charges are to be carried by the customer.

SALE ITEMS
All purchases of sale items are final. We unfortunately cannot refund or exchange any sale items.
RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied. Delivery charges are
non refundable. All exchanges are subject to a return delivery charge as itemised
in our delivery charges for your location.
Please return the item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition (in the original packaging,
unworn, with tags and bag) within 14 days. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery to ensure that we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION
Rockabye-Baby® is manufactured in Thailand in a sweat shop free production house run by the Lovely Lesley and Mallie and her team. All our products are hand made. There is absolutely no child labour or silly minimum wages, the women who work with us enjoy their work, have superb facilities and their childcare (if needed) is paid for buy us too. So you can see that our Hard Core image is just the design! – we are softies at heart.
Our clothes are made from 100% luxury jersey cotton. It is very soft and cuddly and more importantly stretchy. All of the designs have been test washed and can be washed at 40 degrees, but do not iron on the print. All prints are non PVC and have no strong smells that can be overpowering for a newborn.
The finishes are deliberately ‘anti designed’ with seams on the outside and thread left untrimmed
in a true Punk Rock style. We wanted to create something different to what is currently on the
market and we believe that these small details enable us to do that. As mentioned every item
is hand made making each piece a unique design in itself.
We continually strive to improve on the quality of our product and would welcome
any feedback from you in this regard.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal data provided to us through this website or other is required for the sole purpose
of processing your order. We treat all our customer details as confidential and will not disclose
them to any 3rd parties.
